Order Processing
All products are made to order. Our standard production time is 5 working days, after which your items will be dispatched. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with an update, explain the delay, and ask how you’d like to proceed. Delivery time can be extended during public holidays.

We ship orders using the following carriers, depending on size, quantity, destination, and chosen shipping method:

All packaging is eco‑friendly.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking is available only with Recorded or Courier services.
- For UK shipments, Royal Mail Recorded provides tracking only on collection and delivery.
For detailed tracking within the UK, please select a Courier service. - All international Recorded and Courier shipments include full tracking.
Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Please note that some services may experience delays due to external factors such as COVID‑related or customs delays.

Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
All items are printed to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty. If this is the case, please email: thehinduquotes@hotmail.com and we will get back to you.
Faulty Items
Although uncommon, faults can occur.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days with:
- A clear photo of the fault
- A brief description
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
